Day 1 – BARI or BRINDISI /  POLIGNANO A MARE
Arrival at the airport, meeting with our assistant and transfer to  Polignano a Mare, a town that was the birthplace of the singer-songwriter Domenico Modugno – "Mr. Volare". Stroll through the streets of the waterfront of this which is one of the busiest marine tourist destinations of Puglia. Delicious welcome gift per room. Check-in and overnight in “Dimora Tipica”.


Day 2 – MATERA / ALBEROBELLO
Breakfast in Dimora. Departure on a Vespa for Alberobello (withdrew in structure and coordinated by our Rep) along the beautiful scenic route that rises from the sea to the Murgia and crossing the suggestive Canale di Pirro, with its rolling hills, vineyards and rural architecture. Visiting the capital of the Trulli, these ancient buildings from the roof Cone, declared a world heritage site in 1996. Walk between the two most characteristic districts, Rione Monti and Aia Piccola, with the fascinating history of the origin of the trulli and count that made it the grandeur, until you reach the top of the famous and spectacular Church "in trullo" shingles. Tasting liqueurs and sweet almond. Continue by Mini Van to Matera where was shot Mel Gibson's The Passion of The Christ. Upon arrival, meet your guide and guided tour of the upper part with the Civita which is dominated by the magnificent Romanesque cathedral and the lower part with the Sasso Barisano. Stop at a typical bakery to taste homemade "bread of Matera". Dinner in a typical restaurant inside the rocks. Return to Polignano and overnight.


Day 3 – MONOPOLI / POLIGNANO A MARE
Breakfast in Dimora. Transfer to Monopoli and walk with a guide to the old town. Stop at the Diocesan Museum, adjacent to the Cathedral, houses next to an important collection of paintings and icons, highly significant pieces as thumbnails and manuscripts. Free lunch and in the  afternoon visit to the sea caves by boat  of Polignano a Mare, picturesque town above the sea, home to enchanting caves. Coffee break "special." Free time and dinner on your own. Overnight.


Day 4 – OSTUNI / LECCE
Breakfast in Dimora. Transfer by minivan with driver in the direction of "salento". En route stop over in Ostuni for a guided tour of the "White City" so called because of the white of the houses of the city's ancient, authentic example of Mediterranean architecture. Parks in farmhouse with adjoining olive grove where you can learn all about the cultures and the typical products that derive, cooking class and tasting. Departure for Lecce, arriving in the evening. Check-in and overnight in “Dimora Tipica”.


Day 5 – LECCE
Breakfast in Dimora. Meeting with the Guide and guided tour (on foot) to the most famous baroque from Puglia, nicknamed "Florence of the South". Typical brunch in pucceria. Free time for shopping. Overnight.


Day 6 – OTRANTO / S. MARIA DI LEUCA
Breakfast in Dimora. Transfer by minivan to the coast. Otranto is the most eastern town of Italy, as well as being one of the most beautiful and historically interesting of Salento, with ancient origins that date back to well before the Greek colonization of these lands. Meeting with the Guide and visit the Cathedral with a walk through the historic centre from the millennial fascination. Lunch in the restaurant and afternoon transfer to Santa Maria di Leuca: Pearl of the far end of Italy, sits on a stretch of coast alternated with cliffs and small sandy coves. The numerous caves are of great historical and naturalistic interest and the seabed is a real paradise for underwater tourism. The crevices of the coast are almost all accessible by boat and the artifacts found bore witness to the presence of man since Paleolithic times. Return in the evening in Lecce. Overnight.


Day 7 – GALLIPOLI / MANDURIA
Breakfast in Dimora. Departure by minivan to Gallipoli with guided tour of the historical centre of the "city beautiful" that is situated on a small island, stop at the mother church, one of the most beautiful baroque capital of Apulia. Free lunch and departure for Manduria, one of the most important Messapian centres, famous for its important archaeological Park. Visit and tasting of the famous Primitivo di Manduria in characteristic Winery. In the evening return to hotel and overnight.


Day 8 - Departure
Breakfast in Dimora. Free time and transfer to the airport (Brindisi or Bari) in time for your flight.
